The organisation is run by a board of trustees who comprise the supreme policy-making organ of the organisation. The board has the overall responsibility of charting the organisation’s course and direction; supervising projects; overseeing the organisation’s financial well-being; supervising the system of internal controls and both implementing and ensuring that the organisation adheres to best practices of internationally observed corporate governance provisions, among other functions.
